Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

1. Service Satisfaction

We strive to ensure every client is happy with their experience. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon or within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly make reasonable adjustments at no additional cost.

2. No Cash Refunds

All service sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds for completed services.

3. Service Redo Policy

If you experience issues such as lifting, chipping, or premature wear within 72 hours, we offer a complimentary fix. After this period, standard service fees may apply.

4. Product Purchases

Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 7 days with a valid receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

5. Allergic Reactions

Clients must inform the technician of any known allergies. Refunds are not provided for allergic reactions; however, we will remove the product free of charge if notified within 48 hours.

6. Gift Cards & Prepaid Packages

Gift cards and prepaid services are non‑refundable and non‑transferable. They may only be used for services or products offered by the salon.

7. Appointment Deposits

Deposits are non‑refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment time if rescheduled within the required notice period outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

1. Notice Requirement

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in:
• Loss of deposit, or
• A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

3. No‑Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in:

  • May not result in the same booked service being performed.

5. Group Bookings

Group or multi‑service bookings may require a larger deposit.

Cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
